At a Special Meeting on Thursday, January 18, 2024 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED to approve a Special Exception, Temporary Soil Extraction, 1416 Southford Road; subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED to approve a Site Plan Modification for a metal storage building (Regional School District #15 / Pomperaug High School), 234 Judd Road; subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED to approve a Site Plan Modification for re-grading of the parking lot (Hairy Dog Grrrage), 1380 Southford Road; subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED to forward a favorable recommendation to Board of Selectmen (8-24 Referral) – Moscaritolo for a request to Purchase Town of Southbury land in Berkshire Estates (Map 19A, Block 51, Lots 4-13); subject to administrative requirements.
